May to June
Please call 780-727-2240 or use our contact form to ask about booking a day for your class.
This all day program allows kids and teachers to step back in time. Kids get to experience first-hand what it might have been like to be a pioneer and have fun in the process!
A typical day includes:
- Mini history lesson
- Hands on activities (in groups and stations)
- Dress up and role-playing
- Relive a day in-the-life of a pioneer student at school
- Special craft to take home
- Taught by a costumed interpreter.
Our school program extends into winter now, with smaller sessions and activities. Bring your class to our exhibits to learn some history of the area, as well as some fun indoor activities.
Available for all ages.
Cost and times vary.
